Fine for missing highlights deadline
The Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee fined Asante Kotoko GH¢5,000 for failing to publish highlights within 48 hours of their Ghana Premier League opener against Debibi United.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw. Kotoko were found guilty of breaching league regulations requiring a three-to-five-minute highlights video within 48 hours of the final whistle.
Payment deadline and warning
Kotoko must pay the fine within 14 days of being notified of the ruling, according to the disciplinary decision. The committee also warned that future misconduct would attract severe sanctions.
